By using the Virginia Ordering System, you agree to place orders only on behalf of an authorized reseller account, accept Virginia Food, Inc.'s pricing and fulfillment policies, and pay for any goods you confirm.
Orders may be cancelled by either party prior to confirmation. After confirmation, orders are subject to Virginia Food's standard return and refund policy.
